What's the Ivory board?
Ivory Board is a solid bleached board that can be either single-sided or double-sided coated. It is an excellent choice for printing tasks where maintaining high quality is essential.
Product Features
The ivory board boasts high rigidity and a glossy, smooth surface. When utilized for printing, it delivers high-definition colors with high saturation levels and does not impose any restrictions on subsequent processes.
Printing and Conversion Capabilities
This ivory board is perfectly suitable for offset litho, letterpress, and gravure printing techniques. It also performs remarkably well in processes like embossing, film and foil laminating, and foil blocking.
Storage Precautions

The ivory board inherently contains moisture and is not resistant to light. Prolonged exposure to intense sunlight will cause the internal moisture of the paper to evaporate, making the ivory board more brittle and causing its color to turn yellow. As a result, it will be more prone to breaking during use, ultimately affecting its practicality.

Excessive temperatures or low humidity levels can cause significant changes in the white cardboard. These changes will ultimately lead to a reduction in its strength and flexibility, having a certain impact on its subsequent use.

It is also crucial to be vigilant about potential corrosion in the external environment, including insects in the natural surroundings. Typically, we use wooden pallets to transport white cardboard. If we fail to check for termites in the pallets, they may cause damage to the white cardboard.
