**American Waste Paper No. 1:** A mixture of various grades of waste paper, with no restrictions on packaging methods or fiber composition. The proportion of miscellaneous items must not exceed 2%. The total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 10%.
**American Waste Paper No. 2:** Currently not in use.
**American Waste Paper No. 3 (High-grade Waste and Mixed Paper):** Composed of selected waste and mixed paper of different qualities, supplied in packages. The content of ground wood pulp (coated or uncoated) shall not exceed 10%. The amount of debris shall not exceed 0.5%, and the total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 3%.
**American Waste Paper No. 4 (Box Cardboard Scraps):** New scraps produced during the manufacturing of folding cartons, assembly of cartons, and other similar cardboard products, packaged and supplied. The impurity content shall not exceed 0.5%. The total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 2%.

**American Waste Paper No. 7 (Special Used Newspapers):** Selected and moisture-free used newspapers, packaged and supplied. Such old newspapers have neither been exposed to sunlight nor mixed with other waste paper. The intaglio and color printed parts do not exceed the normal quantity. No miscellaneous items are allowed to be mixed in. The total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 2%.
American Waste No. 8 Premium Old Newspapers (for deinking): High-quality, moisture-free waste newspapers selected for deinking purposes. These newspapers have not been exposed to sunlight and do not include magazines, blank paper, expired newspapers or periodicals from printing factories, or other miscellaneous waste paper. The intaglio and color-printed sections shall not exceed the normal quantity. Packaging must be done exclusively with the specified type of paper. No foreign objects are permitted, and the total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 0.25%.
American Waste No. 9 Excess Circulation Newspapers: Over-circulated newspapers supplied in packages or bundles. The intaglio and color-printed sections shall not exceed the normal quantity. No debris or substandard waste paper is allowed to be mixed in.
American Waste No. 10 Old Magazines: Dry, coated old magazines, catalogs, and similar printed materials. Packaged supply. A small amount of uncoated newspaper is allowed. Impurity content must not exceed 1%, and the total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 3%.

American Waste No. 12 double-picked used corrugated boxes: Dry and double-picked used corrugated boxes, sourced from supermarkets and industrial/commercial institutions; Its surface layer is made of imitation boxboard pulp, hemp pulp or cowhide wood pulp. Specially selected, free of debris, foreign-made corrugated paper, glue or wax. Packaged supply. The impurity content shall not exceed 0.5%. New scraps of American waste No. 13 double-faced kraft corrugated paper: The scraps of corrugated paper, with the facing layer being hemp pulp or kraft pulp, or imitation boxboard pulp, are supplied in packages. No insoluble adhesives, deformed roll paper, recessed or protruding core layers, etc. are allowed to be mixed in. Neither the core layer nor the surface layer shall be surface-treated. Waste paper No. 32 of the United States has not been used at present.
New scraps of US Waste No. 33 color envelopes: Scraps of color envelopes, paper edges and envelope paper, packaged for supply. Most of this type of paper is made from bleached sulfite pulp, dyed but without surface treatment. No miscellaneous items are allowed to be mixed in. The total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 2%.
Waste paper No. 34 of the United States has not been used at present.
American Waste No. 35 semi-bleached scraps: Paper and its scraps made from sulfite pulp or sulfate pulp, packaged and supplied. This includes paper for document envelopes, white form cardstock with cut edges, cardboard for milk bottles, white label paper, etc. All of these are unsurface-treated and do not contain insoluble substances such as ink, wax, oil repellent laminating agents, adhesives or paints. No miscellaneous items are allowed to be mixed in. The total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 2%.
American Waste No. 36 white form card paper: Mainly made of sulfite pulp or sulfate pulp, it is used for form making machines. With printing ink. White cardstock with fine colored lines can be used. Selected office waste paper No. 37 of American Waste: Moisture-free office waste paper, mainly white and colored, without ground wood pulp, and without unbleached fibers. American Waste No. 40 white account paper: Account paper made from bleached sulfite pulp or bleached sulfite pulp, scraps of securities paper and writing paper, as well as cut books, whole scraps of waste paper, whole sheets of paper with and without printing ink, and paper edges, etc. It also includes all other paper made from the same pulp type and filler content. Paper that has undergone surface treatment, coating processing or lamination processing shall not be included, nor shall paper with excessive printing ink be included. American Waste No. 44 Coated paper containing ground wood pulp: Unused coated paper containing ground wood pulp and its paper edges, as well as cut books. American Waste Paper No. 48 No. 1 Bleached paper cup paper: Untreated paper cup scraps or paper used for making cups, coated or uncoated. It is allowed to mix in scraps with a small amount of color printing. Paper must not be coated with wax, multi-layer coatings or other insoluble coatings. Packaged supply. No clutter is allowed. The total amount of substandard waste paper shall not exceed 0.5%.
American Waste Paper No. 49 No. 2 bleached and printed paper for paper cups: Paper for paper cups with printing, paper cup scraps, untreated, coated or uncoated paper used for making cups but printed incorrectly. American Waste No. 50 paper dish paper without printing, bleached, sulfate pulp: bleached, untreated, unprinted paper dish paper or scraps. Paper dish paper made from printed, bleached and sulfate pulp of American Waste No. 51: bleached, untreated, printed paper dish and paper dish paper.
