As a commonly used printing material, the storage method of whiteboard is crucial to ensure printing quality. Here are some industry knowledge on how to properly store whiteboard.

First, whiteboard should be stored indoors as much as possible to avoid exposure to outdoor environment. In winter, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is large, and the weather is dry, and the paper is easy to lose moisture, resulting in warping. Therefore, 24 hours before printing, the whiteboard should be transported to the printing workshop for storage so that the temperature, humidity and paper of the printing workshop reach a balanced state. The temperature of the printing workshop should be maintained at 15-20℃, and the humidity should be maintained at 50%-60%.

Secondly, after unpacking the whiteboard, the time of naked storage should be shortened as much as possible. Due to the dry weather in winter, the moisture of the paper is easy to lose, and the naked storage time is too long, which is easy to cause the paper to deform. After printing, the paper can be wrapped with PE film to prevent the product from deforming. If the paper is found to be damaged or damaged, it should be repaired immediately.

In addition, during the printing, oiling and drying process, the moisture of the base paper will be lost, and the paper surface will be cracked. At this time, the width of the pressing line can be appropriately increased, the depth of the pressing line can be adjusted; or the workshop can be humidified, such as sprinkling water around the cardboard to increase the humidity in the air.

Finally, the first-in-first-out principle should be followed to reduce the inventory time of paper and ensure the stability of paper quality. The warehouse should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated. Paper should be placed flat and not stacked vertically to prevent collapse.

Following the above storage methods can effectively improve the performance of white paper and ensure the quality of printed products.
