Blister paper is widely used in many fields, and its production process is relatively complicated. The following is a detailed introduction.

The first is the demolding link. After the customer confirms the sample, the plaster mold used for proofing is used as the master mold, and the production mold is made after copper plating. Common molds include plaster molds, copper molds and aluminum molds. The plaster mold is used for proofing, and the production time is about 24 hours, but it cannot be used for mass production; the copper mold has enhanced strength and wear resistance, the production cycle is about 100 hours, and the service life is about 100,000; the aluminum mold is made of pure aluminum, and the production quantity reaches more than 1 million, with good production quality and high precision.

Next is the pull sheet. The blister machine heats the raw material coil, vacuum blister forming, and automatically cuts it into a predetermined size after cooling. The machine adjustment test is generally 3 sheets, and the pull sheet length is between 600-1170mm.

Then there is the punch press, which punches the multiple products out of the pull sheet into a single product on the punch press with a knife die according to the number of mold rows.

For products that need folding, the folding process must be completed by a folding machine.

If there is a need for perforation, punching is also required.

Finally, packaging is determined according to customer needs, product materials and shapes. If the requirements are not strict, boxing and plastic bags can be used; for products such as white or bright colors, masks are often worn during production.

Throughout the process, different processes have strict parameters and requirements, and negligence in any link may affect product quality. The production of blister paper not only involves delicate process flow, but also has high requirements for technology, equipment, raw materials, etc. Only by strictly controlling each link can high-quality blister paper that meets market demand be produced.
