However, PVC is relatively environmentally friendly and is limited in some high-end or specific application fields.

PET material is favored for its hardness, good toughness, high strength, bright surface, and environmental protection and non-toxicity. There are transparent and multi-color sheets to choose from, and it is often replaced by PVC by users who require high-end and environmentally friendly products. Although its high-frequency heat sealing is difficult and the price is high, it is widely used in food packaging, medical trays and other fields with high quality and environmental protection requirements.

PP material is soft, tough, and high temperature resistant, and is often used to make packaging for catering utensils or other high temperature resistant products. However, it has poor plasticity, is difficult to process, and has poor surface gloss. The color may also become lighter during processing.

PS material has low density, light weight, environmental protection and non-toxicity, and very good plasticity, but poor toughness and brittleness. It cannot be made into a transparent material. It is more suitable for making bottom support blister. However, because it is easy to crack, this type of blister is not suitable for recycling.
