Blister packaging is widely used in many industries. As a key material, blister paper has specific technical requirements.
Molding is the basic link of blister packaging. After the customer confirms the sample, the plaster mold used for proofing is used as the master mold, and the production mold is made after copper plating. There are three general molds: plaster mold, copper mold, and aluminum mold. Gypsum molds are used for proofing and cannot be mass-produced; copper molds have good strength and wear resistance and are commonly used in production; aluminum molds can be made when the quantity reaches more than 1 million, and their production quality and precision are good.
In the pull-tab link, the blister machine heats the raw material coil, vacuum blister forming, and automatically cuts it into a predetermined size after cooling. The pull-tab length is between 600-1170mm, and the machine adjustment test is generally 3 sheets, and different materials and thicknesses have different requirements for temperature regulation.
The choice of paper is crucial. Choose paper with air permeability between layers, large thickness and thin coating. For example, apply blister oil on unprinted white paper for blister testing. After passing the test, the blister performance after printing is usually no problem. Specific paper such as "Haisong" white paper can wrap 100% blister, but it still needs to be tested and confirmed before use.
Blister oil should also be selected reasonably according to the type of film. For example, PET and PVC blister covers have different performance requirements for blister oil. In addition, it is necessary to reasonably determine the process parameters, such as the ratio and flow rate of blister oil, the pressure between the metering rollers of the oil machine, the pressure of the pressure roller, the oiling speed and the storage time after oiling, which will affect the quality of blister packaging.
Blister packaging is widely used in industries such as batteries and stationery. Only by understanding and strictly controlling the technical requirements of blister paper can high-quality blister packaging products be produced.
