C1s Ivory White Board is a high quality single sided coated board that belongs to the Folding Carton board (FBB) type. It uses 100% native wood pulp as raw material, after careful manufacturing, has excellent physical properties and printability, can be widely used in packaging and printing fields.
1.Product characteristics
High quality raw materials: 100% bleached wood pulp is used, the surface layer and bottom layer are sulfate chemical softwood pulp, and the core layer is hardwood chemical mechanical pulp to ensure the strength and stability of the paper. At the same time, calcium carbonate and other fillers were added, and AKD was used for neutral sizing, and the paper machine was made, and then pressed and coated.
Good appearance quality: with high whiteness and good gloss, it can make the color after printing bright, high saturation, and clear and vivid images. The surface is smooth and flat, and the flatness is high, which can effectively reduce the dot deformation and paste phenomenon during printing, and ensure the fine degree of printed matter.
Strong physical properties: high stiffness, not easy to bend and deform, can provide good support for packaging and protect the contents. With a certain thickness and hardness, tear resistance, puncture resistance is good, can withstand a certain amount of pressure and impact. In addition, the product also has good moisture resistance, which can resist the influence of wet environment on paper to a certain extent.
Good printability: it can be compatible with a variety of printing methods, such as offset printing, gravure printing, flexo printing, etc., and can obtain excellent printing results. The absorption of the ink is moderate, the ink can be quickly dried and firmly attached, the color reduction is high, and it is not easy to appear through printing. At the same time, it can be well adapted to various post-printing processing processes, such as water-based glazing, UV glazing, calender, hot stamping, etc., to meet the individual needs of different customers for packaging and printing products.

Gram weight: Common gram weight 170g, 190g, 210g, 230g, 250g, 300g, 350g, 400g, etc., can be customized according to customer needs other gram weight.
Size: Conventional size 787mm×1092mm, 889mm×1194mm, etc., can also provide special size cutting service according to customer requirements.
