This semi-automatic box gluing machine is suitable for outer packaging boxes with standard half-fold flap covers, and it is required that the "half-fold line" along the corrugation of the carton must be pressed well; otherwise, the glued carton may produce waste. This machine is highly suitable for cardboard processed by die-cutting. Its maximum folding size of cardboard is 1200mm×1200mm, and the minimum is 400mm×400mm. The production speed is 50 to 70 pieces per minute.
Another semi-automatic box gluing machine is formed and evolved based on the structure of the box gluing machine. This box gluing machine is composed of an automatic feeding part, a grinding and gluing part, a conveying part, and a manual folding and pressurizing part. Workers manually fold and press together. After reaching a certain quantity, they are placed in the pneumatic work department for pressing. Its feature is that the feeding part automatically feeds at a fast speed, but it cannot feed folded cardboard; it can only feed flat plates. The feeding part of this box gluing machine is similar to the front-line paper feeding structure. It is fed by special tapes, rollers, etc. At the same time, it can also complete the bonding of two pieces of cardboard into a box, and can also complete the bonding of special boxes such as irregular-shaped boxes and beveled boxes. Its grinding and gluing work section can precisely roughen and apply glue at the areas that need to be bonded. It can also use the nozzles equipped with this machine to locally spray glue on irregular-shaped boxes. The machine has 12 workstations on both sides, allowing 12 workers to carry out production operations simultaneously, and the production speed is also considerable.
Fully automatic box gluing machine
The fully automatic box gluing machine is a machine that automatically completes all processes from cardboard feeding, folding, gluing, pressing, shaping to strapping in one go. Its features are labor-saving and high efficiency. At present, developed countries such as Europe and America basically adopt this production mode, while in China, it is only used in a few large carton enterprises. Its market prospects should be promising.
Make a reasonable purchase
