Bleaching promotion

The use of xylanase to promote the ECF and TCF bleaching of sulfate slurry can save bleaching agents and/or improve the whiteness of the slurry after bleaching.

Fiber modification and deinking

Amylase and cellulase are used for fiber modification and deinking, which can promote ink removal and improve the whiteness of deinking slurry. Improve water filtration and enhance the softness of toilet paper.

Lignin modification/Wastewater treatment

Laccase is used for lignin modification and wastewater treatment, which can enhance the wet strength of mechanical pulp-containing pulp and reduce the color intensity and BOD/COD value of wastewater.

Hydrogen peroxide control

Catalase can monitor and optimize the amount of hydrogen peroxide used in bleaching. After bleaching is completed, adding catalase can degrade the residual hydrogen peroxide.

Resin barrier control

In the process of papermaking with mechanical pulp, lipase is used to control resin obstacles, which can enhance paper strength, reduce paper defects, shorten downtime and decrease the cleaning frequency of paper blankets and rollers, thereby improving paper quality and increasing production economic benefits.

Starch modification

Amylase enables paper mills to modify raw starch on-site for surface coating and sizing, which is more economical and practical than directly purchasing commercial modified starch.
