Composite board is different from ordinary single-layer board. It gains strength and stability through professional laminating technology. This process is simple yet rigorous, with each step being meticulous, just as we follow in our factory.

Firstly, we select the appropriate base paper based on the required thickness and hardness. We carefully inspect the base paper to ensure it is flat and free of any flaws, as the quality of the raw materials directly affects the final effect of the composite board.

Next, we use eco-friendly water-based adhesive, which is non-toxic and odorless, and apply it evenly between each layer of base paper. We pay special attention to the amount of glue and the uniformity of application - too much glue will cause bubbles, while too little glue will result in poor adhesion and delamination.

Then, the bonded base papers are sent to a high-pressure laminating machine. Under the appropriate temperature and pressure control, the multiple layers of paper are tightly combined to form a solid whole. This step is the key to making the composite board hard and durable.

After the laminating process, the board is sent to a drying tunnel for drying and shaping. We strictly control the temperature and speed to remove excess moisture, prevent the board from deforming, and ensure its flatness.

Subsequently, we polish the surface of the semi-finished product to make it suitable for subsequent processing steps such as printing and die-cutting. Then, according to the customer's personalized requirements, it is cut into the desired size.

Before shipment, each batch of composite board undergoes strict quality inspection - including checking its flatness, bonding strength, and appearance. Only products that meet the standards can be packaged and shipped.

This production process ensures that our composite boards are strong and durable, not prone to cracking or delamination, and can well meet various needs such as packaging, book binding, and industrial protection.
